Congratulations to Dr. Lois Evans for her recent election to the Executive Committee of the National Religious Broadcasters. The NRB is the premier organization that seeks to protect and advance the Christian faith through all forms of media. In this strategic role, Mrs. Evans will serve as part of an influential leadership team to protect religious freedom for Christian broadcasters.

Mrs. Evans is highly qualified for this role. As co-founder and senior vice president of The Urban Alternative, Lois has used her excellent administrative gifts and strong work ethic to help develop TUA from its inception into a national and international ministry. She also served in the founding and development of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship.

Lois Evans is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University and has received an honorary doctorate degree from Eastern College. She is the mother of four, grandmother of twelve, and great-grandmother of one.

It is Lois’ passion to serve the Lord in supporting the local and national ministry of her husband, Dr. Tony Evans, and continuing to use her gifts to advance the cause of Christ, particularly in ministry to wives of pastors.
