Official Book Promotion Rules

"The Alternative with Dr. Tony Evans" Campaign

1. The "One Nation Under God" Promotion ("Book Promotion") is open to any legal resident thirteen (13) years of age or older in the United States who registers by completing an official online form at http://tonyevans.hs-sites.com/one-nation-under-god-krks-fm from July 21, 2014 through August 15, 2014. Each person may participate only one (1) time in the Book Promotion by entering at only one (1) of the Salem radio stations participating in the Book Promotion. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family and household members of KRKS-FM ("Radio Station"), The Alternative with Dr. Tony Evans, their parent company, their parent's affiliated companies, and their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the Book Promotion.

2. Each person who completes the online form from July 21, 2014 through August 15, 2014 will receive one (1) copy of the book "One Nation Under God" by Dr. Tony Evans, with an approximate retail value of $10. Radio Station is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or mishandled books. Only one (1) book per person.

3. By participating in the Book Promotion, each person agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Book Promotion Rules and the decisions of the President-Radio Division of Salem Communications Corporation ("Book Promotion Judge"). All decisions regarding the Book Promotion will be made by the Book Promotion Judge, whose decisions shall be final. The Book Promotion Judge may prohibit a person from participating in this Book Promotion, in his/her sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Book Promotion Judge, the person fails to abide by these rules, or otherwise acts:

(a)in a non-professional or inappropriate manner;

(b)with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person or Radio Station, its parent company, its parent's affiliated companies or its advertising and promotion agencies; or

(c)in any other disruptive manner.

4. By participating in the Book Promotion, each person agrees to release and hold Radio Station, its parent company and its parent's affiliated companies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Book Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties.
