Immanuel: A Prayer of Supplication

Verse: Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin will be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel (Immanuel). Isaiah 7:14

Meaning: God with us.

Prayer:
Supplication: Immanuel, I pray that people around the world and in our nation will come to know you. I pray that your name will be spread in such a way that it will draw people to you. Strengthen your followers in your kingdom to live lives that reflect your glory and point people to you as King, as God with us. May we experience you more fully and intimately each and every day. May you not simply be distant – a God far off, but may we know you as Immanuel, God with us. May I know you as Immanuel, God with me.
